Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Domestic Shipping within Canada

Makeup bags / large products

  • Standard Shipping: options will be calculated at checkout depending on order amount and weight  business days - Flat rate of $[X] or Free for orders over $[X].

Keychain Wristlets:

  • This product qualifies for free shipping, product will be shipped as oversized letter mail, without a tracking number and will arrive in 3-5 business days once shipped. 

International Shipping

  • Expedited International Shipping: [X] business days - Flat rate of $[X].

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing times for international orders.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days due to the handmade nature of our products. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please note for keychain wristlets, no tracking number will be provided as it will be shipped via lettermail to save shipping for both customer and us at Nature Gemz. 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Nature Gemz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Damages

Nature Gemz is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
